How do I cancel my membership?+
Settings → Membership → Cancel. Your tier downgrades at the end of the current billing period.
I got charged but my game was cancelled.+
Refunds for cancelled hosted games are automatic within 5-7 business days. If yours hasn't arrived, email support@playfateweave.com with your order ID.
How do I report a host or player?+
In-app: tap their profile → Report. We review every report within 24 hours.
I think a Marketplace listing uses AI art.+
Use the flag button on the listing or email vendors@playfateweave.com with the listing URL. We investigate every flag.
